Information you choose to provide
Depending on the form, Petal & Vine Florals may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, organization or planner information, event and memorial details, requested dates, locations, floral investment ranges, recipient and delivery information, access instructions, design preferences, card messages, acknowledgements, and other notes you submit.
Optional allergy, flower-avoidance, pet, and pet-conscious information is used only to consider floral design and delivery needs. Please share only what is reasonably necessary; the form is not intended for medical records or diagnoses.
Testimonial submissions may include your experience, project details, requested public attribution, and publication permission. Each form submission is also recorded with its service type and submission time.
Technical and security information
Website hosting and security systems may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and request or error logs. This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the website and its forms.

Testimonials are not published automatically. Each submission is reviewed privately by Caroline. When a submitter grants publication permission, Petal & Vine Florals may publish all or part of the testimonial with the submitter’s selected attribution on its website, portfolio, social media, or marketing materials. Grammar, spelling, punctuation, or length may be lightly polished for clarity without changing the submitter’s meaning. Private contact information is not published, and submission does not guarantee publication.
Email and service providers
The website sends a notice to Petal & Vine Florals and an automatic confirmation to the submitted email address. Providers supporting website hosting, infrastructure, database storage, spam prevention, and email delivery may process information only as reasonably needed to provide and secure those services.
Delivery documentation
Petal & Vine Florals may privately photograph an arrangement and delivery location to document condition and completion. These photographs should avoid people and unnecessary identifying information unless separate permission applies.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to manage the request or service, maintain appropriate business, contract, tax, and delivery records, resolve disputes, protect the business and its clients, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.
