How the experience works
Planned in advance. Flexible within clear allowances.
Delivery area
Driving distance is calculated from the 02124 service area. Up to 10 miles is included; 10.1–20 miles adds $15 per delivery; beyond 20 miles requires a custom quote and availability confirmation.
Schedule
Choose once monthly or twice monthly. Delivery dates and mutually agreed delivery windows are established in advance; exact arrival times are not guaranteed.
Share the Flowers
Redirect one scheduled arrangement to another recipient with five business days’ notice. Included redirects: none for 3 months; 1 for 6-month monthly; 2 for 6-month twice monthly; 2 for 12-month monthly; 4 for 12-month twice monthly.
Pause or reschedule
With five business days’ notice: one included request for 3 months, up to two for 6 months, and up to four for 12 months. Holiday and weekend requests need four weeks’ notice and remain subject to availability.
Vase return and reuse
Every vase is a keepsake unless returned voluntarily. Each eligible clean and undamaged Petal & Vine vase earns a $5 future account credit—not cash or a retroactive prepaid-subscription discount.
Payment and renewal
Subscriptions are paid in full and do not renew automatically. Petite is excluded from term savings; Signature, Deluxe, and Statement receive 5% for 3 months, 10% for 6 months, and 15% for 12 months. Approved transfers and unused-value credits follow the published credit policy.
A delivery redirect changes one scheduled destination; it does not transfer ownership of the full subscription. Planned closure dates are coordinated in advance.
