“Petal & Vine came in and saved the day when another vendor was unable to deliver. With very little notice, Caroline sourced the exact flowers needed to fulfill the design—and went above and beyond our expectations. The final result was beautiful.

I was incredibly fortunate to have found Petal & Vine. Caroline was a godsend and helped me avoid disappointing my client. Her work was professional, thoughtfully executed, and completed on time. I look forward to working together again in the future!”

Client words

A bride’s perspective.

Wedding · September 2024 · Cruiseport Gloucester

“If you are looking for a florist who will take your vision and make it even more beautiful than you imagined, stop looking—you found her.

I came to Caroline, Petal & Vine’s owner and lead designer—and my sister—with a story more than a checklist: the beach and water, a childhood love that grew into marriage, and the feeling of an intimate celebration surrounded by the people we love. She understood it immediately. Caroline transformed that story into an entire visual experience, considering the church, reception, tables, décor, colors, textures, and the way each space would flow into the next. She did not simply arrange flowers or copy inspiration images; she found a way to tell our love story through every detail.

What makes Caroline exceptional is the combination of creativity, intelligence, humor, and meticulous attention to detail. She thinks five steps ahead, notices what others might miss, and solves problems before they become problems. When I could not quite articulate what I wanted, she understood the feeling and designed around it.

Walking into our wedding was surreal. The flowers, colors, and décor felt romantic, coastal, and full of love—without ever feeling overdone. Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful everything was and how clearly they could see our story reflected throughout the day.

As someone who tends to overthink, I was amazed by how light, collaborative, and genuinely fun Caroline made the process. Petal & Vine did not just design our wedding; Caroline brought our love story to life. If you want someone who will listen deeply, obsess over the right details, solve problems calmly, and turn your vision into something unforgettable, you will be in the best possible hands.”

The process

  1. 01

    Inquiry and discovery

We begin with your setting, priorities, guest experience, timing, and the feeling the flowers should create. The right service-specific inquiry keeps that first conversation focused.

  2. 02

    Creative direction and proposal

Caroline translates the conversation into a clear floral point of view and a scope aligned with the architecture, season, production needs, and approved investment.

  3. 03

    Sourcing and production

Seasonal flowers and materials are selected with flexibility and intention. Production planning accounts for access, timing, transport, mechanics, and on-site requirements.

  4. 04

    Installation and styling

Petal & Vine delivers, installs, and refines each floral gesture in the room, coordinating with planners, venues, agencies, institutions, and production teams as appropriate.

  5. 05

    Event experience and breakdown

Approved scopes may include on-site floral styling, strike, and breakdown so that the floral production remains considered through the close of the event.
